Missing Subtlety

I have given this particular blend: XpressCoffee's Fairtrade Organic espresso blend a fair outing -used it on 2 different espresso machines : the Pavoni and the Rancilio Silvia - 3 people have tried it. 2 as a latte and I kept mine as an espresso. Now we are looking forward to trying the 100% Arabica blend - still from www.xpresscoffeeuk.co.uk go check them out too!
