Find out what you like best! PS: I hope I haven't confused you with the term "light" which applies on the one hand to the colour of the roast and in another instance to the weight of the bean! a bean dark(er) in roast is light(er) in weight! confusing? no, logical actually, as the beans lose weight (i.e water) during the roasting process.
