A Rape survivor describes her experience

The Minister of Justice, David Ford, has introduced a Criminal Justice Bill to the Assembly which includes provisions to address a Supreme Court ruling on indefinite sex offender notification. The proposals will allow offenders to appeal after 15 years against staying on the sex offenders register for life. This has already been introduced in England and Wales and Stephen was discussing it on my 5live show last weekend when he was contacted by Sarah, which was not her real name, who is a survivor of rape.
