What a wonderful name for a beautiful coffee farm in Panama: La Esperanza : The Hope! this afternoon, I had a play extracting this very coffee with my La Pavoni - with great beans roasted by Artisan roaster CGP in Vienna and tamping with the Scottish MadebyKnock tamper- more than "Hope", namely "Good Fortune" was guaranteed! http://www.madebyknock.com
