Anger at PCSO refusal

A Derby man who applied to become a Police Community Support Officer says he's devastated after he failed a security test. Kal Singh Dhindsa from Littleover says he passed almost all the checks and was told he would start his training in October. But then he received a letter to say he'd failed the final test because of his association with a third party.
