we tried another one of CGP's roasts: Guatemala Santa Clara, bourbon -caturra as an espresso and as a latte - it was interesting .. yet it left us wondering whether adding a small percentage of that bean to the earthier Peruvian Cuzco Coop would make for an espresso with a bit of a "lift"
