Guinea Pig

I have actually only used my La Pavoni espresso machine 3 times and I definitely need more practice when it comes to frothing milk with her! Frothing with my "Silvia" ( Rancilio "Miss Silvia" espresso machine -this is her real name by the way!) has (in contrast) become a doddle!
