Out Of Practice

I haven't used the Siphon since the beginning of the summer .. a bit out of practice ... it was good to play with it again! it this photo the water is rising from the bottom chamber into the top chamber and once all the water has risen I'll add the ground coffee, give them a gentle stir, brew and remove from head source so that the coffee can travel via the cloth filter into the bottom chamber.
