Finance Minister Sammy Wilson says welfare reform IS on the way

Next week, MLAs are due to start debating the extension of controversial benefits legislation to Northern Ireland. Changes include cuts to housing benefit and new assessments for people claiming Disability Living Allowance. Sinn Fein wants the Assembly bill deferred. It says what it calls "Tory inspired benefit cuts" must be opposed.
