Brilliant, thanks so much for the pointers. I'm going to order one of those plus a new analog phone. Thanks again and loving your work :)
I don't actually use a speaker phone. I use a plug in mic like this http://www.dcsbusinesstelephonesystems.co.uk/index.cfm?event=catalogue.product&productID=15580&categoryID=62&datafeedID=18 You can then record to your browser with Audioboo. No iPhone involved. http://blog.audioboo.fm/2009/12/02/browser-boos/ Speaker phones are a world of pain. Good luck
Hi Matthew, bit of a strange question but what speaker phone are you using? I'm going to be conducting a load of interviews using my iphone to record the boo with the caller on a speaker phone - think you're doing the same? It's just that my speaker phone is a bit rubbish and wondered if you've got a particular make that works well???

Thank you for these insights, Bernie. Extremely interesting.
My problem is that we are so ready to clamp down on others for "Craimes Against Humanity," when really, in many ways, we're no better. Double standard? :(
Life must seem quietly serene nowadays Bernie / to those 'exciting' and adventurous days :||
