Immingham Museum, Docks and Railway exhibit
Good interview. Just think about your tags - you've not used the words 'Immingham Museum', ''N E Lincs', 'history', 'heritage', 'railways', and so on. All I would say is you've let the man talk and you needed to take control and jump in there. Also it would have been good if you had described some of the things. Comes down to planning and thinking about what you intend to get out of it.
Cessnock subway station, Glasgow
Very eovcative, stations on the 'clockwork orange' have their own acoustic signature. Easy to picture them again listening to this, also the sulphurous smell that some of the stations have. Many thanks.
Standing between two groups in conversation, waiting for the train to arrive. Recorded Sunday afternoon, 22 Aug 2010.
Hindhead has been notorious with motorists for decades for extending journey times on the A3 to or from Portsmouth, especially when, like today, there has been a traffic accident. The town will be bypassed next year through a tunnel that looks near-complete. Crawling around the Devils's Punchbowl at 5 mph may therefore soon be a thing of the past. I managed not to show my impatience on this occasion but the Burmese cat in the basket on the passenger's seat of my Alfa was less reluctant to complain.

255 bus ride #Binaural #RecEv recorded January 2014
The other day I heard - for the first time in many years - the expression 'squeaky gate music', and it occurred to me that squeaky gates are actually quite interesting. What do you think? This is a recording of the squeaking doors at High St train station in Glasgow, heard from the standpoint of someone (me) loitering on the corridor-bridge that links the two platforms. This is my second audioboo recorded at this station. There are actually some squeaky doors on that one too, but more incidentally. Here they are in all their dissonant glory. Recorded Wed 8 September 2010 around 6.15pm.
