Senior councillors in Stockton will next week meet to approve plans to introduce a controversial new parking scheme. The plans will see pay and display car parks introduced in the town of Yarm for the very first time. BBC Tees's David Rhodes has been to Yarm to look at why some residents are opposed to the proposals.
