The owner of Teesside's biggest taxi firm has told BBC Tees that his company will no longer pick people up in wheelchairs.

Boro taxi's say they've taken the decision after Middlesbrough Council warned taxi firms they can't charge disabled people more for transporting them.

The company in response say they're providing a "specialist service" which costs them more to run.
