Darlington A Teenage Binge Drinking Capital?

Figures published by Public Health England claim that Darlington has the highest rate of hospital admissions for people under the age of 18 because of alcohol in England.
The local police and Darlington Council have said the figures as misleading saying they don't represent accurately the current picture.
