Olesea presents the Moldovan government PARE “1+ 1” programme, encouraging the investment of remittances into Moldovan small- and medium-sized enterprises, with the government pledging to match remittance investments (up to 200,000 MDL). Further the Partnership Principles Implementation Plan was introduced aimed to align donor investment with Moldovan sectoral needs.
