Tent City - Washington, DC

A report I filed on WHUR, in June of 2014. A cluster of tents has cropped up along the on ramp to the 3rd St. Bridge, in DC. It seems that the group of homeless citizens have live there for some time...so long, in fact, the District government is providing dumpsters for all of the trash, and debris that continues to accumulate.
