7000 Families Coalition calls for changes in 'Rent Court'

A group called the 7000 Families Coalition, is challenging issues that renters in Baltimore have with the threat of eviction. The laws favor land lords, and people with legitimate reasons not to pay rent, often times are forced out of the places they call home...even when sub-standard conditions have not been addressed.
