Hertfordshire County Council backs down on trailer tip rules after JVS rant

Jonathan Vernon-Smith was appalled at the rules imposed by Hertfordshire County Council at the recycling centre in Harpenden. They insisted that anyone who had a trailer needed a permit to get rid of unwanted household items. JVS challenged Terry Douris, Cabinet Member for Highways and Waste Management to change the rules... he did!
