John Howden confirms again that a senior NHS manager engaged in gross misconduct

An external investigator had conducted a superficial investigation into the multiple problems which I reported. My claims were substantiated. I was confirmed to have made accurate protected disclosure reports. This clip is one of several occasions on which Howden tried to avoid answering how a NHS disciplinary process for gross misconduct should proceed. Note how the NHS avoids all accountability by blurring lines between accountable pieces of itself.
