This is an Band 8b manager, Helen Mapp, Herefordshire NHS threatening us all with job loss - again

One of the common behaviours of this senior NHS manager was to oppress staff and warn them not to mention low staff morale, not to ask for help or say they need more resources.

If those topics arose, the staff as a group was immediately threatened with mass job loss, as you hear her doing here, at this staff meeting in January 2011. This is a weekly occurrence.

This tactic was designed to get staff to tell each other to stay quiet, not tell the truth and not talk about the unpleasant facts regarding working in this environment.

She was investigated, and found, yet again (there were multiple previous grievances and ETs against her for this behaviour which the NEDs chose to ignore) to be engaging in bullying and harassment, gross misconduct and gross mismanagement.

She never experienced the disciplinary procedure and dismissal from her post that John Howden told me she would. In fact she was promoted and is now CE at Hereford Headway. How could that have been arranged, I wonder?
