This week's Friday Report was a budget special. Lucy was joined by Isle of Wight Council Leader Cllr Jonathan Bacon, Deputy Leader Cllr Steve Stubbings, Conservative Group Leader Cllr Dave Stewart and Chair of the Isle of Wight Association of Local Councils (representing town and parish councils) Gill Kennett.
