Happiness is in the deliberate everyday observations

As I drove along this morning with a very early start, I saw the most glorious sunrise.
It occurred to me how much #happiness is in the deliberate everyday observations.
I don't like getting up early, I was facing hours of traffic, and by the time I got there, I was very late.
But none of that would change by being stressed or frustrated. I've enjoyed sunshine and great music and am looking forward to a great day of learning and networking at the NAPCE (National Association for Pastoral Care in Education) Conference.
