Zac Goldsmith could resign seat over Heathrow runway decision

The Conservative MP told LBC that the Airports Commission’s backing of a 3rd runway at Heathrow is “hugely disappointing” and that he will trigger a by-election for a his seat if the government goes ahead with the proposal.
