HIV/AIDS Commission incorporates HIV issues into humanitarian response

The South Sudan HIV/AIDS commission is working with partners to incorporate HIV issues into humanitarian response.
Commission chairperson, Dr. Esterina Novello says UN refugee agency UNHCR has planned activities on HIV prevention and treatment to help reach the displaced populations.
Novello says the commission is working to reduce new HIV infection by 50% by the year 2017.
