Giorgio Mammoliti says Toronto should set up a red light distrct

Toronto councillor Giorgio Mammoliti on the Oakley Show Mar 27 reaffirming is position of putting a red light district on the Toronto Island. Yesterday, the Ontario Court of Appeal struck down two provisions criminalizing sex work in Ontario and ruled that the prohibition of bawdy houses is unconstitutional.
