Throughout the series we aim to provoke thoughtful consideration of your own learning experience and provoke you into taking action in your life.  We all want more motivation sometimes and real life experiences shared by others can be inspiring. Developed by staff of Dublin City University Student Support and Development, My University Life podcast series is a creation by qualified coaching and social care professionals with 20+ years experience in higher education. Motivation and student wellbeing are two of the most popular topics when working with students at university - improvements here can increase academic performance, grades, and wellbeing and better relationships. Exploring the topics in this series allows you to enjoy the conversations in your own time by listening to those who understand.
