Hey, we're Personality Hires - we somehow all got hired by one of the biggest radio shows in the country and then we became friends. Against our will, but hey, you can't control chemistry.
Personality Hires is the podcast that's basically your office breakroom banter, but better. You know that one cubicle neighbor who always has a wild story and the work group chat that’s hilarious, messy, and totally relatable?
That’s us - Abby, Jackson, Rebecca, and Mikey. We're not exactly hired for our technical skills, but we'll be damned if we don’t make your 9–5 worth getting out of bed for.
Each week, your favorite coworkers (ahem, us) will serve up slice-of-life stories, office gossip, jokes you probably shouldn’t make above a whisper, and takes on the news you didn’t know you needed...or really even cared about.
Whether we're roasting each other, oversharing about dating disasters, or revealing secrets that should get HR-called on us —we're the water cooler chat version of must see TV.
