Mario Negre: is the EU doing enough to tackle inequality?

Speaking at the European Development Days 2012, Mario Negre - Researcher at German Development Institute / Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik (DIE) - says It makes little sense to stop collaborating where the poor are. We need to continue to tackle inequality in middle-income countries. They may have money, but they have lots of people who are not participating in the growth process.
