The Amazing Moment When Nick Ferrari Organised For A Bomber Command Hero To Meet The PM

Nick Ferrari organised one last surprise for a war hero who almost lost his house to pay for the Bomber Command Memorial.

Bomber Command vet Leslie Valentine called Nick two weeks ago to say that the unveiling of the memorial in Green Park had cost veterans like him a fortune and some faced losing their homes as a result. Nick started his campaign to save them and persuaded David Cameron and mobile phone tycoon John Caudwell to plug the funding gap.

The 94-year-old also explained to Nick that he has never seen the memorial so Nick decided to take him to see it. But before that, Nick organised a surprise invite to Downing Street to meet the PM.
