Chat Biz 008 - Local Authority Procurement

Effective procurement of goods and services is a difficult issue for all organisations and in Local Authorities it has been found that they have, over the years, developed larger and larger contracts to simplify their administration. Many organisations including the Federation of Small Businesses FSB and the Royal Institute of British Architects RIBA have campaigned for smaller more local contracts and today we hear from those organisations.
