Kenny Everett - Driving Test

Episode 583,   Nov 22, 2012, 10:29 PM

So many of the greats are sacked now and again. Having been sidelined for making remarks about the lucrative religious programming on the pirate Radio London, Kenny pushed out the boat a little on joining the BBC too.

Prompted by the news bulletin within his Saturday programme, it was clearly not a serious remark. But it was the final straw. Kenny was despatched to the wilderness for a while.

A youngster called Noel took over the slot.
