Yesterday I went to Bank of Ireland in Cork & reported my plastic missing - presumed lost. I was told it'll take 10 working days to replace it. I still can't believe it - surely I misheard? The experience reminds me of a story my father used to tell in the 1960s... How he used to be able to get books from publishers faster "in the old days". #banking #bankofIreland #cork
