Getting Rural Communities Online

A new report from the Policy Exchange think tanks says the government should end its "fixation" with having the fastest broadband speeds in the world.

Instead they recommend that the government should be ensuring that everyone in the UK and especially those in rural areas have access to an adequate broadband connection.

BBC Tees's David Rhodes has been looking at how some rural communities are still having a battle to get online, and asses what's been done to help them.
