Businesses often thrive or wither on the standard of their customer service. It does not matter if you are in retail, wholesale, consultancy or service industry you will have customer relationship that you need to look after. We can all come up with appalling stories, as customers, of how we have been treated and how, we will have sworn, not to do business with them again.
