Are there alternatives to the public meeting?

This accompanies Tuesday Topic 231 - published 5th March and called "Doing It In Public". Rhion Jones explains how there is always a search for an alternative to the old-fashioned public meeting. The Good news is that there are many that can be considered, but they are not all appropriate.
