After some feedback have edited the poem to clarify what I was trying to say. Can't edit the audio, but this is the edited section in script:

"...This is the blue of sorrow, Of frozen pensioners, And of icy winds ushered in by cold winters of discontent, But it's not 'just' blue anymore..."
