Hello listeners, this is a podcast for the Project Teen Voices in line from Prepa 1, and in this episode I am going answer the question, if you were a mad scientist and could create a cure for any disease, which disease would you cure and why? And answering, I think that the disease that I would cure would be Alzheimer because I Think that is very difficult for people to carry on with it considering that it is a disease that affects only old people and it means that they don’t have the same opportunities or advantages than young people or kids have. Sometimes people get bored when an old person is been taken care, and they think: Why is he or she here in hospital if he or she is going to die in a few days?, and it is quite horrible.

Emotions, I guess, are part of my wish to cure this, so that people may remember those experiences for so many years, and that they could talk about repeated stories from a mad youth full of funny. In an evident way, I would fight against it to make people believe in their own ideas, to make them believe that they have more things else to live and they don’t have to give up in the moments of mental clarity as I will not do it. Finding the solution to this problem, would change the quality of life from many people in the world.
