BBC Coventry & Warwickshire are working with six unemployed people and will hopefully follow them back into the workplace with our Just the Job project. Over the next few weeks they'll receive help from experts in careers advice, CV help, styling and life coaches.
Meet Paula Watts, she is 46 and she's been unemployed for 2 months.
