How important is it to give service users a voice? As part of their Fulfilling Lives programme The Big Lottery Fund hosted a conference for grant recipients working with projects supporting people with complex and multiple needs. The programme is putting people with first hand experience at the the centre of development. In this short interview Gary Staniforth of Hidden Voices talks about his work to give service users a voice.
