My name is Dante Clark I am doing problem #41 . The problem is one and five ninths subtract seven ninths. Step one is to find the common denominator. The denominators are the same. The denominator is nine. Step two is to subtract seven from five. Since this cannot be done I will add nine ninths to five ninths. The result is fourteen ninths. Step three is to subtract seven ninths from fourteen ninths. Step four is to solve the equation . The answer is of fourteen ninths subtract seven ninths equal seven ninths.
