Neil McKechnie looks forward to #SLF13

Neil McKechnie (Programme Director at Education Scotland) has responsibility for Diversity and Equality within our organisation. With this in mind he talks about the the keynote presentation from Dr Avis Glaze at #SLF13 and how he believes this will inspire and challenge us to consider how we can achieve more equity in terms of closing the gap in Scottish Education.
