In this edition we ask whether our banks really are letting down business and take a look at alternative sources of funding. The Business Secretary tells us he wants to see a regional bank for the south west, perhaps based on sold-off Lloyds branches. We talk to the banks themselves and to those who are concerned to ensure the south west's renowned innovation isn't stifled for lack of funds.
