Virgin founder Sir Richard Branson visited Plymouth today to sail his former record breaking boat to South East Cornwall.

Sir Richard's Virgin Atlantic challenger II broke the record for the fastest crossing of the North Atlantic in 1986.

She was found abandoned in a boatyard in Majorca by Mountbatten ferries owner Dan Stevens and has now been renovated and brought to Plymouth.

Earlier Sir Richard spoke to Marcus Liddell on his arrival in Fowey, by phone, and explained how the trip came about....
