Step-Up Graduation: Younes Talibi

Step-Up student Younes Talibi shares his enthusiasm for Ulster's innovative Step-Up Programme. Younes, a pupil at the Christian Brothers' Secondary School in Belfast will join Ulster in September to read for a degree in engineering. He was talking to David Young.
