Hello, and welcome to the SLCCLick FlavorCast! My name is Michelle Szetela, and I teach English 1010 – Introduction to Writing – at Salt Lake Community College in Salt Lake City, Utah. This podcast series was created beginning for the Fall 2013 semester for my students to have the opportunity to research a food-related topic.
