Buses, roads, libraries and support for vulnerable people are all in the firing line as Cornwall Council reveals its draft Budget for next year. The authority's grappling with saving an extra £24 million. On this morning's breakfast programme James Churchfield was joined in the studio by Cllr Alex Folkes, the cabinet member for Finance and resources - and Cllr Fiona Ferguson, the leader of the opposition Conservative group.
