Call to Change Dog Attack Laws - Barnsley Animal Rescue

This was the third part of a special series of reports for Hallam FM highlighting a Goldthorpe couple's campaign to change the laws around dog attacks. Becky Lowman was mauled by a dog at a friend's house. Police couldn't do anything because it happened at the owner's home - a loophole she wants to change. Here I went out to speak to a dog handler at Barnsley Animal Rescue to find out what she thought about the idea.
