Marianna Russo took on the Facebook page for the news website Birmingham Eastside as part of a project for the MA in Online Journalism at Birmingham City University. During two weeks page likes increased tenfold, and updates reached over 1300 users. She talks about the lessons learned, and the things she should have done more of. #facebook #SMO
