New Rates Bill?

The south west is leading the campaign for further reform of business rates, with many business owners and politicians saying the changes in the Autumn Statement are not enough. Wells MP Tessa Munt is working on a draft parliamentary bill to change the way the tax is raised. She says she’s determined to see it through – but warns it won’t happen before the next election.
