Bernard Hoekman on the future of Aid for Trade

At the WTO Ministerial conference in Bali we spoke to Bernard Hoekman from the European University Institute about the future of Aid for Trade (AfT). Bernard argued that AfT has been successful at focusing the development community on looking at trade as a tool for economic growth.
